Crafted with precision and innovation, the straight tube of the W-type radiation tube is ingeniously constructed from high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube, while the bent tube showcases the brilliance of precision casting technology. Designed for excellence, the W-type radiation tube is adeptly employed in continuous annealing processes, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Within a protective ambiance of nitrogen and hydrogen, this radiation tube harnesses the potent heat energy derived from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. It ensures the strip steel is swiftly and uniformly elevated from ambient temperatures to a remarkable 900 degrees Celsius through radiant heat transfer from its outer tube. This efficient and uniform heating is pivotal for the seamless annealing of the strip steel.
