Product Description

The W-type radiation tube is a marvel of engineering, utilizing the finest high-temperature resistant centrifugally cast pit tube for its straight segments, while its bent sections are crafted with precision casting technology. This tube is indispensable in continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnaces, and silicon steel heat treatment furnaces. Bathed in a protective atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, it harnesses the heat energy born from the combustion of natural gas or coke oven gas. This energy swiftly and evenly raises the strip steel's temperature from ambient levels to approximately 900 degrees Celsius. The result is a seamless annealing process, achieved through radiant heat transfer emanating from its expertly designed outer tube.
