Product Description

Our W-type radiation tube stands as a hallmark of engineering excellence, crafted to withstand the rigors of high temperatures. Coupled with a meticulously centrifugally cast pit tube for its straight component and precision-cast bent tube, this innovative design is ideal for continuous annealing, galvanized wire horizontal annealing furnace, and silicon steel heat treatment furnace. Within a carefully controlled atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen, our radiation tube optimally utilizes the heat energy from natural gas or coke oven gas combustion. This enables a swift and uniform increase of strip steel temperature from room temperature to approximately 900 degrees Celsius, ensuring a seamless annealing process through the adept transfer of radiant heat from the outer tube.
